We have gained almost all of the community contribution! So just yesterday, Director Daniel Bougueme and I met with the carpenter to put half-down and start the building of the desks!

The carpenter says that with half of the necessary funds, he can now purchase the wood that needs to be dried (to prevent warping as they work) for 1-2 weeks. After making sure all wood is good, they only need about a week and a half to complete all 90 desks and 7 chairs! We are making progress!
